Was ok, prices fair asked for a mixed sauce and heard yelling from the back "we don't do that shit" the food is nothing great and not worth the hassle of getting yelled at perhaps that's why your 40 and work at high school job. Also went to get a to go bag for left overs and the girl threw away half of my food called to talk to a manger who also did not seem to care. Very bad service.

I love chicken wings and after hearing all of the rave reviews about this place I just had to try them out. Their sauces are good but I was very disappointed in the wings. I ordered mine naked since I do not eat anything breaded. The sauce comes on the side which I wish I had known but was not informed of by the girl at the counter. I prefer wings that are tossed in sauce. The wings were also puny. For the price they charge for wings, you'd think they would be of suitable size. These definitely were not worth the amount that I paid. The sauces were tasty but the overall experience was disappointing. I am doubtful about giving them a second chance.

Typically I don't try to write bad reviews for businesses because I know how much they can affect them, but this was extremely frustrating. I called at 8:30 PM to place an order to pick up. I was greeted very poorly on the phone followed by saying we turned our fryers off. Seeing that I was already near the restaurant, I decided to swing by to see half the tables taken. Thinking, maybe they got there and ordered before eight, I figured that was reasonable until I watched a family order while outside. Needless to say, The Chicken Shack won't have my business.

We have been twice now and love the food and service. I love that it is kid friendly and has lots of room inside and out for big groups. Also it is so clean!! Food is fast and also hot, you get a lot for what you pay for.

Update: My 5 star rating is now being updated to a 1 star rating. The owners of this business are absolutely terrible people and gave my friend the worst customer service I have ever heard of and that is saying a lot. I will never support this business again and neither are my friends after hearing what they did. I'm sure they will eventually realize how much business they are going to lose because of their childish actions. I'm a huge fan of the homemade aspect of Chicken Shack. I love that they make they're own sauces and soups. My favorite sauce so far is the Tangy BBQ. I tried their clam chowder with the fritters the other day and loved it, the fritters are a very nice and tasty touch. I'm not a fan of wings in general so I've just stuck to the chicken fingers and they're great. I also appreciate that my food is always hot.

The chicken here is awesome. I love wings and it's pretty much the only place in town that is quick and to go. They have a variety of sauces you can choose from. However, if you like your wings actually tossed in the sauce make sure you specify that you want them tossed. Otherwise they will just give you the sauce as a dipping sauce. They also don't give you ranch on the side, you have to pay extra for it. But other than that it's a real good place, if it wasn't for those two points it would be 5 starts for the food and service.

The atmosphere was certainly inviting at first. I first thought this place was going to have tons of options because of the giant menu behind the waiters. Once I started looking at those options I noticed that the only things available were different combinations of wings and "chicken fingers". After ordering I got quick service, seemingly too quick. I had barely sat down and the food arrived. The chicken fingers were nothing more than oversized chicken strips, very chewy from being overcooked, not very hot either. I did find a drumstick with my wings which didn't make much sense, very overcooked and a tad bit too crunchy for my liking, they were covered in salt, had my girlfriend with me and she loves things salty but those wings and legs were even too salty for her. When I began eating the wings I got disturbed by what I thought were hairs but actually ended up being fibers left over from the feathers. I swear my chicken was going to take off flying right from my plate. The positive side to this place was definitely the employees, the sauces (though a bit runny), and the family atmosphere. I do not post this review to complain but to critique and possibly help this new business find prosperity. Always listen to the reviews.

This place has the worst customer service. The owners are good people but the food and service are needing much improvement. The orders came out wrong. And their garlic fries have about 10 small pieces of garlic on them.

Has yet to disappoint. If you are looking for a dining experience. Go somewhere else. If you want wings, fries, chicken tenders, maybe a sandwich. With some good sauces and beer or 2. You found your spot. They have TVs, real clean and quick service. Even A spot for some kids video games.

Love this place! Their chicken fingers are amazing, and there are many options for sauces! Friendly staff and fast service!

The service was good. The chicken was dry and was tough to chew. The whole cloves of garlic nesteled in the soggy string fries was disappointing. The "damn hot" sauce was good and lived up to its name.

First time here and from out of town. Loved it! The chicken strips are great- crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauces were good also. Also had the baked beans and garlic fries- both very good! I will definitely be back! We ordered take out so I cannot comment on the location itself.

While paying for your order at the counter, their iPad asks you for a tip amount. Seems premature to ask for a tip when all we have done is stand in line and order. I hope they rethink the gratuity request. But if you are looking for crunchy, juicy chicken breast strips, meaty wings with your choice of a dozen good sauces, and hot, skinny fries --this is your place. I used up 2 days' worth of calories in one visit. They also serve wraps, salads and burgers--plus a variety of sides. Heard good things about the BBQ beans and potato salad, but haven't tried them myself. They give you a number to put on your table so they can deliver your food. I told the counter person we would be on the patio. (The patio is delightful on a summer evening in Klamath Falls.) But the server made a point to tell me that it took awhile to find us because I chose to sit out there. They have some tightening up to do in their protocol. But I will go back when I can budget in another 3000 calories-- or when I have the willpower to order a salad.

Delicious wings, great sauce choices, friendly staff, clean, and most importantly cold cold beer. I tried their happy hour special (which is everyday) and included 12 wings, a pound of great shoe string fries, and a pitcher of beer. There are tons of nice TV's around playing a mix of sports and news. Only thing I can say bad about this place was none of the football games had sound playing. It was just 80s/90s country playing. Besides that, everything was great and will be back

The food is good. The service is marginal. My only disappointment is that the local menu does not match their site. I tried to get the tailgate pack, but it wasn't available at this location.

Finally a place in Klamath that serves Chicken & Beer as well as being family friendly! Can't wait to try a burger next time!

Wait time was very fast, front counter men need some more training in customer service :(
